I personally think that these values instilled throughout the culture of GCS is FANTASTIC!!!

Some companies are all about the dollar - pushing and forcing their employees rather than encouraging and supporting them. This company environment maintains the job satisfaction of the employees by promoting values such as teamwork, diversity, development, as well as providing them with structure and clear guidelines to follow. This in turn makes for a successful workplace, because I feel that if you want to be at work and you support what your company stands for than you will try your very best to help them do well, which ultimately improves turnover.
